LEGAL / REFUNDS
Refund policy
Sauron Intelligence sells downloadable digital aircraft 3D models via Creem.io as Merchant of Record. SarumanOS desktop flight software is distributed separately through official platform stores.
Digital aircraft 3D models
Aircraft 3D models (.3mf CAD files) are one-time digital purchases. Because digital assets are delivered immediately upon payment verification, completed orders are generally non-refundable. If a downloaded file is materially corrupted or cannot be opened in supported slicers, contact us within 14 days and we will provide a corrected file or review your request.
Official App Store software
SarumanOS desktop software is distributed directly through the official Apple Mac App Store and Microsoft Store. Application downloads, licensing, and any store-specific policies are handled directly under Apple Media Services or Microsoft Store terms.
Creem support & inquiries
