Non-Commercial Evaluation License

This license applies to SarumanOS preview builds and aircraft-model files downloaded from this website unless a separate written agreement expressly applies.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, copying, opening, printing, or using a covered file, you agree to this license. If you do not agree, do not download or use the file.
2. Evaluation license
Subject to these terms, Sauron Intelligence grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the covered files for personal study, internal testing, education, and non-commercial evaluation. You may make a reasonable number of backup copies and may modify an aircraft-model file solely for your own permitted evaluation.
3. Commercial use prohibited
You may not use a covered file, modified file, printed part, software output, or related documentation for commercial production, paid services, customer work, rental, resale, licensing, distribution, or any activity intended to generate revenue or commercial advantage without prior written authorization from Sauron Intelligence.
4. Additional restrictions
You may not publish, upload, share, sublicense, or redistribute a covered file or modified version; remove ownership or rights notices; represent the files as your own; use Sauron Intelligence names or marks to endorse another product; or help another person perform a prohibited act. Restrictions apply to source files and converted formats.
5. Commercial licenses
A paid subscription, purchase, or access to a preview file does not itself grant commercial-use rights unless the applicable order or separate agreement says so expressly. Commercial manufacturing, fleet deployment, integration, resale, and service-provider rights require a separate written commercial license.
6. Ownership and intellectual property
The covered files are licensed and not sold. Sauron Intelligence and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the software, model files, documentation, branding, and associated intellectual property. No patent, trademark, trade-secret, or other right is granted except the limited copyright permission stated in this license.
7. Flight and manufacturing responsibility
The files are evaluation materials. You are responsible for validating materials, fabrication, structural integrity, electronics, firmware, aircraft configuration, operating conditions, and compliance with applicable aviation, radio, privacy, export, and safety rules. Access to a file is not certification or authorization to fly.
8. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the covered files are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or safe operation.
9. Liability and termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sauron Intelligence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the files or their use. This license terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination, you must stop using and delete all covered files and copies in your control.
10. Entire license
This license and any applicable written order form the agreement for evaluation use of the covered files. If a mandatory local law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights remain unaffected.
