1. Scope

This policy applies to the Sauron Intelligence website, SarumanOS preview downloads, and aircraft-model downloads made available through this site. Separate products, services, or commercial agreements may include additional privacy terms.

2. Information processed

This website does not currently provide user accounts, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies. It does provide direct enquiry forms. When you submit one, we process your name, organization, email address, enquiry type, and message so we can respond. The enquiry is sent through our form delivery provider to visualstudio711@gmail.com. The web server or future hosting provider may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, requested page or file, referring page, and request time for delivery, security, and reliability. If you contact Sauron Intelligence through another published channel, we may process the information you choose to provide.

When Paddle Checkout is enabled, Paddle processes the payment, billing, identity, and transaction information entered during checkout under Paddle’s privacy notice. Sauron Intelligence receives the checkout and order information needed to provide the purchased download or subscription.

3. How information is used

Information may be used to operate and secure the website, deliver requested downloads, diagnose technical problems, respond to communications, comply with law, and protect the rights and safety of Sauron Intelligence and its users.

4. Sharing

Sauron Intelligence does not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by Paddle for payment services, by infrastructure providers that host or protect the site, by professional advisers under appropriate duties, or by authorities when disclosure is legally required.

5. Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, and applicable law. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information, but no networked system is completely secure.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority. Identity verification may be required before a request is completed.

7. Children

This site and its technical products are not directed to children, and Sauron Intelligence does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website.

This policy may be updated as the website and services develop. The effective date will be changed when a revision is published. Privacy contact details must be added before public commercial launch so users can submit privacy requests directly.
